Can I book a return trip?

Are the advertised fares fixed?
Yes. Innova is S$80, Alphard is S$120 and Starex is S$120 for a direct one-way SG↔JB transfer within the normal service area.
What is included?
Tolls, fuel and VEP are included in the listed fixed fare.
What might require a separate quote?
Extra stops, extended waiting, special arrangements and destinations outside the normal Johor Bahru service area should be agreed before booking.
Is payment collected by this website?
No. The website sends your request to WhatsApp. Payment timing and method should be confirmed there before travel.

Can I request a child seat?
State the child’s age and seat requirement before confirmation. Availability and any arrangement should be confirmed on WhatsApp.

Can you guarantee the travel time?
No. Checkpoint queues, traffic, weather and border processing can affect the journey. Leave extra time for flights and appointments.

What if my flight is delayed?
